Transforming this 1960s Californian bungalow into a modern, light filled and timeless family home where our client can watch their children grow was fundamental to the brief. This Lower Northshore home opens its living space to the terrace and garden beyond, which creates a wonderful open threshold and sense of indoor-outdoor living.

With a passion for nature and landscape, we celebrated our client’s love for their garden by creating backdrop of greenery that is visible from all areas of the living space. From concept through to documentation, the same senior team stays involved throughout the life of the project.
