Known for her positive energy and collaborative approach, Carolina balances design quality with practical outcomes, delivering adaptable, engaging workplaces tailored to each organisation's unique needs.

Natalie brings 18 years of experience across workplace, hospitality, hotel, multi-residential, and civic projects, combining strong design and technical expertise with a practical approach to delivery. As Hotel Sector Lead, she guides the studio's growing hospitality portfolio, drawing on a deep understanding of guest experience and hotel operations. Her ability to connect strategy, design thinking, and delivery helps create successful, highly resolved project outcomes.

Megan leads the Melbourne studio with a focus on design strategy, sustainability, and the thoughtful use of colour and lighting. With more than ten years of experience across workplace, healthcare, education, civic, hotel, and government projects, including developments exceeding 160,000 m², she brings a research-led approach, strong design rigour, and clear communication. Megan is passionate about creating high-performing environments that are both functional and enduring.

Audrey's experience practising in Paris means that she brings an international perspective to her work. Her exposure to diverse cultures and design traditions informs a sophisticated approach to interior design. Working across hotels, retail, workplace, and large-scale projects, she combines creativity with technical expertise to ensure design vision and project delivery remain aligned from start to finish.
