Located within one of Brisbane's premium-grade commercial towers, this workplace transformation reimagines Level 31 of One Eagle as a curated collection of speculative suites, each with its own distinct identity while connected by a unified design philosophy.
Guided by the relationship between form and function, the design responds directly to the architecture of the building, creating workplaces that feel intuitive, efficient and highly resolved. Three unique suite experiences emerge from a common design framework, ranging from crisp, angular geometries and structured grids to softer, more fluid forms.
Rich materiality, layered lighting and carefully crafted detailing bring depth and character to each tenancy. By embracing both the opportunities and constraints of the existing base building, the design delivers a sophisticated workplace offering that balances commercial agility with enduring quality, creating spaces with individuality, flexibility and lasting appeal.
