Designed and Led by Director Bradhly Le as the Workplace Sector Leader at Woods Bagot, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s benchmark for sustainable workplace focuses on the bank’s continued commitment to innovation, learning, and the wellbeing of their people.

With its workplace strategy and identity shifting from ‘bank’ to that of a tech company, the design of the campus responds directly to CBA’s vision for a world-class environment that supports creative, rather than process-driven, thinking and working.

CBA’s primary aim is to advance its digital future through people, collaboration and innovation. Across 43,000sqm and eight floors, an intuitive campus was created that uses smart technology to simplify and unify the workspace, buildings and community to create a brilliant experience for everyone.
